BN Property Consultants were engaged to oversee a reroofing project on a 100-year-old school.

The project involved identifying the works required and estimating the overall cost to enable the local authority to secure sufficient funding.

BN Property Consultants compiled the tender documents, including specification of works, contract drawings, and all health and safety documentation ahead of tendering the works.

The works were tendered through the local authority’s procurement section to obtain competitive quotations and appoint a successful Contractor. The works were carried out over a 12-week period with any works that would be disruptive to the school’s operation carried out during the summer holiday period.

This project was delivered on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our client and school head.
